Features
All steelwork is hot dipped galvanised and all fixings are zinc plated to resist corrosion. The 50mm ball coupling is zinc plated or galvanised. Mudguards are heavy duty plastic. All trailers (optional custom mini) have winch posts which are adjustable along the backbone and in height. Lighting boards fit on extender bars and are quick release. The axles are fully adjustable along the backbone to ensure correct weight distribution and allow any combination of engine and hull to be towed safely.

Braking systems are fully in accordance with EEC regulations.

The trailers in this range are suitable for sports boats up to 1600kgs and 6.7 metres in length as standared, but both increased weight and length capacity can be accommodated on custom designed and manufactured models.

These models are 'A' frame construction, which combines rugged strength with stylish good looks. The boat is well supported on a series of 'jumbo' keel rollers and long side/transom carpet covered bunks which are adjustable both in width and height to ensure a perfect fit to your hull. All models are fitted with soft-ride rubber suspension axles providing a softer more stable ride with built in dampening, offering safe, more stable towing.

Easy-load range - Specifications & Price List

The trailers in this range are suitable for sports boats up to 1600kgs and 6.7 metres in length as standard, but both increased weight and length capacity can be accommodated on custom designed and manufactured models.

These models are 'A' frame construction, which combines rugged strength with stylish good looks. The boat is well supported on a series of keel rollers combined with a multi- roller rear swinging beam for automatically locating and guiding the boat on to the trailer and guarding against sideways movement due to wind or current. Wide cushioned rollers on easy running nylon bearings are used for the multi-roller swinging beam. Side support rollers or carpet covered bearers are provided to be fully adjustable in height and width to ensure perfect fir to your hull.

All models are fitted with soft-ride rubber suspension axles providing a softer more stable ride with built in dampening, offering safe, more stable towing.

The rear multi-roller rear swinging beam automatically locates and guides the boat on to the trailer and guarding against sideways movement due to wind or current. Wide cushioned ribbed rollers on easy running nylon bearings are used throughout. A single adjustable keel roller is provided on all models.

All models are fitted with soft-ride rubber suspension axles providing a softer more stable ride with built in dampening, offering safe, more stable towing.
